Please specify green or roasted samples.
We send 80g green samples, and 30g roasted samples.
Usually, up to 5x samples are sent in a package.
Samples are free. Outside the EU, we cover up to 15 EUR (65 PLN) in shipping costs.
Roasting Schedule:
We roast for B2B on Tuesdays, accepting orders until 10:00am
Packages are shipped on Thursdays, and local orders delivered on Fridays.
Orders that require immediate processing carry a minimum 250 PLN rushed order fee. In such cases, this fee will always be agreed upon before work commences. This fee will never be applied to orders that are simply dispatched early.
Delivery:
Delivery within Krakow is free.
Within Poland and EU, shipping is calculated at checkout.
For international orders we quote shipping for each order individually after placement.
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes that Pale becomes liable for will be billed to the recipient.
Invoicing:
After placing an order, we will send an invoice via email.
Within Poland, invoices are issued with 7 day terms upon delivery. For EU and international orders, a proforma invoice is paid prior to release.
For regular customers, we send invoices once per month.
Please note: the order confirmation is not an invoice!
For orders over 1000zl netto a 10% discount on Pale filter coffees will be applied to the invoice, if no other discounts are in place
Purchase Terms:
Using the B2B platform without a registered business requires a minimum order of 500 PLN.
Orders will not be accepted if there exists an outstanding invoice that is overdue by three or more weeks.
Pale reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices, pursuant to Art. 481 § 1 of the Civil Code, according to the reference rate of the National Bank of Poland plus 5.5 percentage points. Pale also reserves the right to recover collection costs associated with recovereing overdue invoices, pursuant to Art. 10 ust. 1 ustawy o przeciwdziałaniu nadmiernym opóźnieniom w transakcjach handlowych.
